What Hacksaw Gaming disclosures say

Hacksaw Gaming was founded in 2018 and grew out of scratchcards into one of the most recognisable slot studios of its generation. The group parent, Hacksaw AB, is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm following a 2025 flotation, and the main licensed operating company is HGMT Ltd, registered in Malta. A single headquarters city is not stated on the official sites, which name the Maltese registered office and the Swedish parent instead.

The licence set is long and specific. The footer of the studio’s site lists Malta, Great Britain, Greece, Romania, Ontario, Sweden, Denmark and the Isle of Man with licence numbers, and the group page adds several United States and other registrations. The Great Britain entry, account 54059 for HGMT Limited, was confirmed in the Gambling Commission’s public register on 25 September 2026.

The studio’s own counters claim more than 250 games across more than 35 regulated markets, with releases arriving monthly. The house style is stark two dimensional art over aggressive bonus engineering, and the best known titles include Wanted Dead or a Wild, Le Pharaoh and the Chaos Crew games.

The mechanics repay a close read. Le Pharaoh, one of the games catalogued here, pairs coin values with a collecting symbol in the manner described under Collect Symbols, holds its re-drops in the way of Sticky Wilds designs, and offers a choice between bonus modes at entry. Many Hacksaw games sell those modes directly through a feature purchase menu where the market allows one.

Disclosure is where the studio publishes least. The official game pages run playable demos behind an age check, yet they do not display RTP, and nothing on the public site addresses RTP versions. The figures for each Hacksaw game on this site therefore carry their sources and dates, and what the studio leaves unpublished is recorded as not disclosed.
